D21 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the d21 platform. By registering an account or using any services provided by d21, you agree to be bound by all conditions stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding to use the platform.
Effective Date: January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the d21 platform — whether through a web browser or mobile application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions contained in this document, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the d21 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be considered your acceptance of those changes.
The d21 platform is only accessible to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that use of the platform is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
- Each user is only permitted to hold one account active at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. Submitting false or misleading information is a violation of these terms.
- D21 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of identification documents, as part of our compliance procedures.
Password & Account Security
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account, unless it can be demonstrated that your account was accessed without your authorisation.
- Contact d21 customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation or if you notice any suspicious activity.
Platform Usage Rules
D21 users are required to comply with all platform usage rules below. Violating any of these rules may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of d21's systems.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Engaging in fraud, including fraudulent chargebacks or bonus abuse.
- Impersonating another user or a member of d21's staff.
- Using the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- Complying with all applicable betting limits and bonus terms and conditions.
- Ensuring that all funds used for deposits are personally owned and legitimately obtained.
- Updating account information whenever there are changes to personal details.
- Reporting any technical errors or incorrect payments to customer support.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
Deposit
All transactions on the d21 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including bank transfers and approved e-wallets.
D21 reserves the right to reject any deposit suspected of involving illicit funds or suspicious activity. All processed deposits are final unless a verifiable system error can be demonstrated.
Withdrawal
Your first withdrawal requires successful identity verification. d21 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending completion of the verification process or for the purposes of investigating suspicious activity.
Any withdrawal attempt involving funds obtained through fraudulent activity or in breach of these terms will be voided and reported to the relevant authorities.
Bonus & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions offered by d21 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms set for each offer. Bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, is a serious violation of these terms and may result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and account closure.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
D21 Liability Limits
D21 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. The platform is provided "as is" and d21 makes no warranties regarding its continuous availability or the accuracy of the information displayed.
Account Suspension & Closure
D21 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if a user breaches these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or for platform security reasons. Any legitimate balance will be settled in accordance with d21's internal procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content on the d21 platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of d21 or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written permission from d21.
Changes to Terms, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
Amendments to These Terms
D21 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes via a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Third-Party Links
The d21 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. d21 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed dispute resolution mechanism or through the appropriate Malaysian court of jurisdiction.
